Returns and Exchange


If you have experienced any fault with your Zaffayya jewellery. Zaffayya customer service team will be happy to assist - Please contact before returning your item. Further guidance will be provided of the process:

Time frames, & Next steps. For any refund or replacement item, we would request a photo sent so we can speed up the process, and ensure future product quality.

- Lifetime warranty refers only to product tarnishing, should you find any tarnishing we will happily replace the product for you.

- Lifetime warranty does not refer to damaged items or broken items. If you receive a damaged/broken item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will resolve this for you.

-If for any reason there is a need to replace a lifetime warranty product, we would need proof of purchase

- For earrings and personalised items we are unable to accept return or exchanges.

-Zaffayya Ltd are not held liable for any address errors the customer inputs at checkout.
